  • Holidays: Processing times exclude weekends and UK public holidays

Quality Standards

  • All work is performed by experienced professionals

  • Digital files are provided in high resolution (suitable for printing)

  • Videos are delivered in HD quality (1080p)

  • Source quality affects final output - please provide high-quality originals when possible

Photo Upload Requirements

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP

  • Maximum file size per image: 10 MB

  • Clear, sharp photos produce the best results. If you photo is heavily damaged / with missing parts / excessively blurry, we will advise you to replace the photo before conducting the service

  • Make sure faces in the photos are not covered

  • Please make sure the number of photos you upload matches the number of service. In the case your number of photos uploaded is more than the selected number of service, we will randomly select from the batch of uploaded photos to match the selected number of service.

  • For "Together At Last" service, please make sure you have uploaded 2 photos. And there is NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE in total in the 2 uploaded photos.
